Collaborative planning process between Government of Alberta, The City of Calgary and Canada Lands Company (CLC) CFB East (1996-98): Now Garrison Woods and Canada’s most significant urban revitalization in recent years. Developed and led extensive community participation process to design a community that integrates well with the surrounding neighbourhoods, celebrates the area’s military legacy, and is pedestrian friendly. Now one of Calgary’s most desirable neighbourhoods, Canada Lands and the City have netted a host of major awards for excellence in planning and public participation.
